Depends on what you mean. If you ignore and fail to pay a court ordered fine, the court can issue an arrest warrant and your license could be suspended. If on the other hand you were properly served the traffic ticket and failed to appear for court, your license will be suspended by MVD and an arrest warrant will issue. But if you have been ordered to pay a fine, and don't have the money, you should contact the court to seek a payment plan or an extension. Don't ignore it.
