The next morning I woke up with pain in my neck, upper shoulders and lower back, I was refered by doctor to a chiropractor of which I am currently being treated. Re: broad-sided in a auto accident

You are entitled to be compensated for all economic losses directly attributable to the collision. Those include damages to your vehicle and your person. Body repair shop, hospital/doctor bills, etc. If your vehicle is a total loss you are entitled to the reasonable value of your loss which, in this part of the country, is often computed from the NADA Bluebook. Consult a personal injury attorney in your town for detailed advice of your rights. This is not a good area for you to attempt self-representation, as there are too many items of which you may be unaware, and once you settle with the insurance company your will not be paid anything further. Check with your local bar association if you don't know an attorney.
