Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arizona
No insurance ticket
I missed my court date about 2 yrs. ago for a no insurance ticket and never went back to take care of it. Now that I can afford it (lost the ticket) I want to but because of my criminal history I am afraid to go in front of a judge. I have never had a single traffic ticket before that one. Now 2 yrs later after they suspended my license I have a pending driving on a suspension and failure to yeild leaving a parking lot ticket which I will be fighting. Do I have to go before a judge on my first ticket in order to get my license reinstated or can i just pay the ticket and DMV?
