Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arizona

I posted this ten days ago please answer.I just handed a ticket from photo radar camera for speeding.(ticket was handed tom at my door) but, the picture is the picture of a friend's girlfriend that live in other state . they visited me two months ago and that day me and my friend went out in his car i think his girlfriend took my car for ride.I didn't know until i got the ticket . after talking to my friend we are no longer friend (no information to gave to court) i live in surprise, AZ ,the car is registered in my name , i am a man and the picture in the ticket is the picture of a woman. please advise me . Thank you

Now that you have been served you will need to appear or have a lawyer appear for you. At this point you have no obligation to reveal who the other driver was. Your case likely will be dismissed; "especially" if you have counsel appear on your behalf. There are other legal challenges to the process "if" your case is not dismissed which are often successful.
