Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arizona
Question about police tailing and following drivers -harassment?
I wanted to know if there were any laws against police following a car for too long. Is there a certain distance, or an amount of turns that a patrolman can tail a car without pulling it over before it is considered harassment? Especially if the driver of the car shows no signs of any foul driving.
