Can I have my ticket thrown out if the officer doesn't appear to court?
I have court date coming up to dispute a speeding ticket. If the officer doesn't show up to court can I have the charges dropped?

if the cop does not appear for your trial date, the court will likely dismiss the case, unless there are some extraordinary circumstances regarding why he did not appear.
