Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arizona
vehicle hit & run
person hits my vehicle,leaves accid and car. No ins no reg no lic. arrest warranty issued 10/4/02. why is he still out driving? how do I get him to pay for damage?

Consult a personal injury attorney in your town. You will have to present a claim against the person who hit you; the criminal justice system will not do it for you.
