Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

If one of 4 kids is living in the home that is suppose to be sold and divided can that one prevent the sale of the property?

The answer depends upon how the title to the house is held. If the house is in a probate estate then the personal representative of the estate should have the authority to sell the house. If the title has passed to the 4kids, then all have to agree or you have to go to court to force the sale.
