Accessing Living Trust estate accounts
How do I access my mother's Living Trust estate bank accounts in the state of Arisona because all of the funds were not disbursed and the executor (my brother) doesn't respond to questions regarding the disbursement of the funds he kept in reserve for one year? It is long past the year. One of my siblings received an NSF check. I have not received anything.

You may need to hire an attorney in your area to review the trust. He can then ask that the court appoint a trustee to oversee the trust. Obviously your brother is not handling it and he may have defrauded you and your siblings from any money. I would ask around for a good probate attorney, referrals from ex-clients are the best.
