account ment to be left for daughters not wife

what Im saying is that the account was supposed to go to My Dads daughters, but his wife made him sign papers that put her as sole benificiary, 5 days before he died, he was on heavy morphine and adavan and was basically in a coma, He had told about 15 of his friends that, that account was going to his daughters because it was from their Mothers death from a drunk driver. His wife got it, only because of those papers, she had him sign 5 days before he died he was not in his right mind at that time. Now 2 years later, his wife is dead and her kids will benifit from our Mothers death, its not fair my Dad had nothing to do with her kids he didnt leave anything to them he didnt like them.Cant anyone see the unfairness of this??? My Mother was killed by a drunk driver. My Dad lived in Arizona for more then 6yrs and his wife was living in Washinton state, helping run a business with her sister and mother, Dad wanted to go there so that his wife would take care of him, he was distraught and disoriented by the next day and ended up in the hospital where it died of his illness, she knows that money was to go to his girls, she even called me to brag about what she spent the money on, she could not draw on this account until 59 1/2 died @58
