Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Affidavit of Non-Probate

Would like to avoid probate completely and hope to use an affidavit of non-probate to address any personal property not part of a living trust or transferred to a POD beneficiary. Does the $50,000 limit for personal property in the estate include or exclude personal property in a trust and pay-on-death transfers?
