Does arizona recognize undue profit as a way to contest a trust? And can a person who is a benefituary in a trust ask for a advisory rulling on the trust as not to trigger the no contest clause. thank you

I do not understand what you mean by "undue profit" to contest a trust. You can ask a court to review the administration of the trust and the actions of the trustee without raising the "no contest" clause.
