You have not posed a question. It is possible to remove a trustee who has breached their fiduciary duties to the beneficiaries of the trust, however, you must be able to alledge and prove specific acts demonstrating those failures to perform the duties of the office. I just finished a 3 day trial where the petitioner alledged breach of fiduciary duty, but failed to prove anything and lost the case.
