Beneficiaries
I noticed that my name is listed with property at the maricopa county recorders office, i am a beneficiary of my dads estate, but how can i tell whether i am a contingent beneificiary or a direct beneficiary?

It seems your dad had a trust, if that is correct you may look in the trust documents to find out
