Beneficiary of Living Trust
I was informed approximately one month ago that I am a beneficiary of a living trust. I have not been mailed any information by the trustee. I feel I have certain legal rights to know what is happening to the assets of that trust.

You are entitled to a copy of the trust and other doucments pertinent to your inheritance. You are also entitled to a copy of the inventory and all accountings. Request this of the trustee.
