Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

brother left no will. Before probate a year later I put a truck and bike in my name. Now the property has gone to probate and the Judge says I have to turn them over to the one in charge .This is in AZ. Is this legal ? I did every thing right.

You need to confer with a lawyer to determine your rights and duties now, and why someone else is claiming that you must put the truck and bike back into the estate. I have no way of knowing if you did everything right.
