Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
Our car finally broke down now I need money for car from daughters trust fund. She is 12 yrs old and I cannot get her to her doctor appointments, school, etc. I would have to petition the court, but I'm not sure if I can ask for money for that reason.

You can ask the court for an order allowing you to repair the car at the expense of the trust, and you should do so before acting. The court might compare the cost of auto repair to the cost of taxi rides or a car rental. Take action right away and be prepared to answer the court's questions about the alternatives, what they cost and how it compares to the cost of repairing your car.
