Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Willing my children my future inheritence

My grandfather recently passed away. He left a will which states that upon my mother's death my sister & I would each receive half of his trailer park. My question is can I make a will so that my children receive my 50% of the trailer park if I should pass away before my mom or does it have to go back to the estate? I need to make a will anyway, but want them to benefit from my future inheritence if I should pass away before my mother.

It is quite impossible to give an answer to this. It depends upon the wording of your grandfather's will. Have it reviewed by an estate attorney. Each word may be crucial.

Good luck.

I would have to see your grandfather's will to give you an answer to this question. The answer depends on the particular way he gave title of the park to your mom.
