Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Is it possible to get a copy of a will? I have learned that I was named a beneficiary by my ex father-in-law. My ex and his sister handled the affairs after he passed and I've heard nothing in the 14 months since. To say the least I have reservations about their honesty. Sincerely, KC

Wills are not recorded or public record until the will is filed for probate. You should go to the county where the decedent died and look for the probate case, his will should be attached to the petition for probate and all parties named in the will should have received notice of the probate.
