after death responsabilities

my girlfriend passed last month,she had no assets, i need help formulating a short letter that i can attach her death certificate to and send to her creditors. can you help?

(girlfriend) passed away on (date.) There will be no probate, she had no assets. Please close your account.

Remember, family or friends are not liable for her debts. Some creditors will try to get you to pay, you don't have to.
