if someone dies and has a living will that passed to there wife,after she dies and the assets are to be passed to their children, will they be given a copy of the trust ?

Your question is confusing. If a person dies and all of his property and estate is owned by his revocable "living" trust, and the trust provides that upon her death, the trust estate is to be distributed to their children, then yes, upon her death, you are entitled to receive a copy of the trust. You might demand a copy of the trust upon a determination that the surviving spouse is permanently incapacitated and unable to modify or revoke the trust.
