Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Estate

My biological father died a year and half ago. He never married and of course never recognized me as his daughter. Can I sue his estate for back support or as the only living child of the man? He lived in AZ and I live in Ohio.

Re: Estate

More facts need to be known about your case to give a complete response. You might be entitled to certain allowances as a surviving child. Did your father have a will? That would be important to know. What does the will provide? Was paternity established?
