I am a trustee of an estate. The trust was supposed to be divided between two parties, however one of the died before the trust could be distrubited. Does the entre trust go to the the one party, or does it have to be distrubuted to the second person heirs?

It depends on the language in the trust document. As trustee, you have an obligation to make sure it's done right. Be careful. Consult an attorney if you are not absolutely sure.
