executive of the estate

i am trying to get my brothers truck transfered to me without having to refinace it . he recently killed himself and the finace co said they would transfer it straight over if i had an executive of estate. how do i do that and is it expensive?

So long as the total assets in your brother's estate amount to less than $50,000, you can file an affidavit with the Probate Court and obtain distribution of his assets to his heirs. You can go to the self servic center of the Maricopa superior court online and see the instructions and forms.
