Children of a previous marriage are entitled to share with the surviving spouse in the estate of their deceased parent. If there is a trust, the trustors children are entitled to see the trust. If the new wife refuses to give information, you could file a petition with the court for formal probate. That would force the new wife to disclose any relevant information, or accept the statutory distribution provisions.
