Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My father passed away Nov 7 2023 in casa grande az. He left no will. He was not married or had any adopted children. I am his only blood child. My dad's sister sayes she's taking care of his accounts and that she would send me something. But almost a year and nothing. Do I have any rights to ask my aunt for his stuff?

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your father.

Most definitely you need to contact a lawyer in Casa Grande and get on this right away. It's impossible for your aunt to be "handling his accounts" unless you agreed to this.
