Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
What to do?
My father recently died of cancer but before he died he married my mother. Will we also found out he was married to another woman so now we don't know whar to do. We are in the process of going to court but I'm afraid we are going to lose. We do have a will but it was never signed by a lawyer but it was notorized will that hold in court.

Wills do not have to be signed by a lawyer. Wills need two witnesses to be valid. Unless the will was written in the testator's (that's the person who's will it is) own handwriting. Then it just needs to be signed by the testator to be valid.
You should really have an attorney help you with this.
