my fathers estate

I need paperwork showing that I am the executor of my fathers small estate. There has now been fraud commited against his checking account. For the bank to press charges, I need something leagl saying I am indeed the executor.

You have to open a probate of your father's estate in order to be appointed executor, now called the "personal representative." This is not complicated to accomplish and you should do so right away.
