Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My fathers will is very basic. Pay expenses, split the rest between his 8 children. My brother died 2 weeks before my dad. Am I able to just include his widow as one of the 8?

I am not trying to exclude her but to include her.

I would have to review the Will to determine if a child must survive the decedent, in order to inherit or, if not, then his share would go to his estate. You need to get legal counsel to answer the question, you or your brother's widow.
