If you are asking if a probate has been opened and the Will filed, you can go to the court house or, if they have it, look online by the name of the deceased. If your grandfather has not yet passed away, Wills are not usually recorded or "filed" and are not public record or information. Also, you do not have a right to know or see what is in another person's Will, until it has been filed for probate, and then, all parties with an interest in the estate, should receive a copy of the Will.
