I am deeply saddened recently by the death of my brother whom the power of attorney in Florida has left rotting away in the state of Texas, she has not ever established that she is the legal daughter of my dad whom past on in 1996, she coerced and manipulated my mother to sign over power of attorney to her 14 days after my father past away, and they secretly they meaning this half sister in florida and the other siblings went to see an attorney in Arizona about my dads estate without telling me, i however found out throu my brother, my dad had over $500,000.00 beside property which he left to my mom, and i am a named beneficiary Need an agressive attorney to go after this woman whom has maniputalted, cheated and stolen She threw my brother out of the house he and my mother owned and then put my mother in an assissted living care facility, she did not even tell my mother that she sold the house, she never gives her an accounting nor tells her anything, She refuses to give copy of power of attorney,.I cannot sleep anymore, i am so depressed, need an agressive attotney whom can help me and work something out with payment, will have some to give up front..
