Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My grandmother's probate closed for 9-10 years

i just found additional funds of $2000+ that the state of AZ is holding. Contacting the state, they wouldnt pay me because I could not produce a copy of the trust referenced in the will. (it was never submitted to the court and is not on record).

without the trust, they are saying they need a distribution order from the court. I sent for the whole file and there is no order like that. Just the orders to me, the PR, to carry out the probate.

The facts presented here are somewhat incomplete, but I will attempt an answer. File a motion with the court asking for what you want, and type up the blank order and present it to the judge with the motion.

Good luck.

P.S. The court does not prepare your paperwork for you or do your typing.
