Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Grandmothers Will

My Grandmother passed away Nov 16, 2007. Her husband (4th marriage) was named the executor of her will but has asked his daughter to handle everything due to his age. The daughter will not let us see the will and has not filed anything. She will not give us any information. I know for a fact that I am in the will. What can I do? I am in AZ and the will is in MD.

Re: Grandmothers Will

Contact a Maryland estate attorney, through the State Bar or internet, to protect your rights. You have a right to the will, and may have to consent to the appointment of someone other than the one named in the will as executor.

Good luck, James D. Jenkins
