guardianship relinquishment of mentally diabled person

guardian lives in Md. not returning to Az. needs to relinquish guardianship of individual living in Az. How can this be done?

This can be done with a petition for substitution of guardian. The new guardian must meet all requirements as did the original guardian, and there will have to be a court hearing.
