Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Hi,

In Arizona does a bank have a duty to alert an account holder (both personal checking and savings and also money market account)of unusual activity taking place on those accounts? Also what attorney does one go to to report a "fiduciary misconduct" on a Power of Attorney? Thank you for taking the time to review my question.

The bank does not have a duty to alert an account holder, it is the account holder's duty to review his statements promptly and report to the bank any questionable transactions or charges. For fiduciary misconduct, you would go to the Superior Court, either the civil division or the probate division, depending upon the type of conduct involved.
