Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

hippa- law

recently my parents received a phone call from someone who inquire as to whether they had a living trust and were aware of the hippa-law that the state of arizona past. my parents do have a living trust and deal through their attourney on matters pertaining to it; my question is what is the hippa-law or was the phone-call they got a possible scam?

The Hippa law has some serious influence to a living will or Health care PoA. The Hippa law should be taken care of especially in a PoA
