You should look at the AZ Landlord Tenant Act for guidance regarding what you need to do to force your significant other to vacate your house. Even though you have no lease and no rent is being paid, the person is a guest and can't be shoved out in the street. It is best to sit down and make an agreement which protects your interests and gives a reasonable amount of time to your guest to find another place to go.
