Re: home title

She can hire a lawyer to try to talk some sense into her brother. If that doesn't work, then she can sue.

Re: home title

There are several legal avenues which can be pursued to bring the issue to the attention of a judge, such as an action to "quiet title" or an action to force the trustee of a trust to perform his duties as trustee.

More facts are required to really give any advice. I would need to know what written evidence there is that proves the agreement for your daughter to purchase the house and the terms of that agreement. Also, what are the details of the trust, and why is a trust involved?

You should consult with counsel and find out what your daughter's rights are and how to deal with the oldest son.
