Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Husband passed no will everything in his name

My husband passed away everything is in his name only, he has 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. He had given his sister power of attorney years ago, but that is no good since he past. He has nothing else in writing. He told his sister he wanted me to have house, but did not put it in writing. He has home, motorcycles and a couple vehicles. What are my rights. Am I entitled to the house and vehicles. I do not have money for probate, what can I do? Help please.
