inheratence being stolen

how would i go about getting records of my mom's nursing home bills(two different homes) without any hassles?

also her bank account or trust account records.

You give so little facts that it is impossible to give you an opinion. You do not state if your mother is alive or dead, or less capable. If she is alive she can request this in writing, or give you written authorization to get it. If dead, her estate personal representative or trustee can request these things.

You also do not state what the suspected problem is, so difficult to know what to tell you. Consult with an estate attorney.
