Yes. Two or more people may create a joint living trust [meaning the principals are living, the primary beneficiaries are the principals while living, and the principals are co-trustees], and the trust may be revocable or irrevocable. Contingent beneficiaries are named to succeed to the trust assets upon the death of the last primary beneficiary, or such other scheme as the principals create.

Yes, unmarried persons can create joint living trusts. In fact, there is no requirement that the number of persons establishing a living trust together be limited to two.
