Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

I live in Bullhead City , Arizona. I have worked for a veteran for 4 1/2 yrs as a caretaker. He passed this last week . I was promised a car which I drove for the last 41/2 yrs as my transportation to do errands and take him to doctors appts ect . His nephew comes in and tells me to move out and to leave him the keys to the vehicle. He has a power of attorney, At first he told me he would get me the paperwork for the van ,but now he said that is off the table and wants me to move without the van. I have not been paid for any services ,just a place to live , as my boss was waiting for veterans to pay me for my work . Do I have to give him the keys to the van ,I'm afraid to drive it cause I don't want to break the law . I was never given the title to the van ,but did not expect my Boss to pass away so soon either .

You are not in a good position if you did not have an employment agreement or some other written agreement to compensate you for your work. You can make a claim against the estate for the value of your work.
