Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

living trust

My friend and I share her home in a retirement community in Arizona. She wants to insure that I am able to remain here the rest of my life, if she were to precede me in death. Is there a form available on the internet that would accomplish this?

Re: living trust

There are a few different ways for your friend to accomplish her goal. She should really see an estate planning attorney to make sure it's done properly.

Although you could find some forms online that would probably work, you may be setting yourself up for a huge problem later on, especially if her heirs want to put up a fight.

A beneficiary deed with a life estate would do, but must be drafted right. Unwise to risk so much to save so little by avoiding a lawyer.
