Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
Living trust, proper procedure
My parents are putting all their assests in a living trust. Does that need to be filed with the court or just signed and notarized?

Re: Living trust, proper procedure
It does not need to be filed with the court or recorded. In fact, one of the benefits of such a trust is the privacy afforded to the creators of the trust and in fact, they can amend or revoke the trust at any time.
