Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
All money and assets have been distributed according to my fathers will with exception of $10,000.00 until final bills and taxes have been completed. Do I need to provide the beneficiaries a graph showing how the remaining money will be split (evenly) before the final split for their approval in Arizona?

You do not need to provide the heirs any statement at this time. When you know what the final amounts are for claims, expenses, fees and taxes, then you could provide an accounting of how you arrived at the final distribution. You might find that you did not withhold enough money to pay everything, but hopefully that will not be the case. You do not need the heirs' approval, you can pay the bills and taxes, and make the distributions, and then file a closing statement with the court. If nobody complains within 6 months, the court will consider the probate closed.
