Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

What is needed if domiciled in Colorado?

My father owns real property in Arizona that he used in the winter, but he lived in Colorado, which is where I have filed the Informal probate papers. It

is now six months since his death, and I think I have

potential buyers for the property, but I don't know

what kind of paperwork I need to file in Arizona to

complete this. I am one of the personal representitives, the other being my sister. Can I avoid filing probate? What exactly do I need?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You will need to file for ancillary adminstration in Arizona. The title company in Arizona should be able to refer you to Arizona counsel that can assist you. You will need to do this before you can sell the Arizona property. Don't proceed without the assistance of a competent attorney.
