What can be done about a notary who has notarized a fraudulent document

More facts are needed. What kind of document is this? Why do you think it was "fraudulent?" Did the notary benefit from notarizing the document?

See an estate attorney if this is related to a trust, will, deed, etc. Give him or her all the facts and copies of the documents that are relevant.
