Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My parents have a living trust and will, however, my Dad's children, myself included have not seen any documents or copies, and my stepmother's nephew is named executor. We assume we will not be sharing in the estate, but still would like to confirm the details. Is this information available to anyone, and where can it be found. Thank you.

A living trust and Will are private documents and do not have to be published or recorded. Each document can be changed or revoked at will, and therefore, if you want to see these documents, you should ask your Dad. At the time your Dad is determined to be incapacitated or otherwise legally unable to change or revoke the documents, then you may have a right to see them. You should not assume anything and should be proactive if you think that your Dad is making a mistake or is unduly influenced by your stepmother.
