power of attoney

I no longer want to be power of attorney for my mother. How do I dissolve this responsibility?

The customary manner would be to sign a written resignation and deliver it to your mother, then cease all activity. Most powers of attorney have an alternate successor, so you should also deliver a copy of the resignation to the alternate agent so he can prove that you have resigned.

Good luck.
