Re: power of attorney

Once a person is incapacitated, that is to say, he lacks the legal capacity to make a contract, he can no longer give his power of attorney to anyone.

You are now required to go to court and ask for appointment as the Guardian and Conservator of your Grandfather. Then, you will have legal authority to take care of him, pay his bills, expenses and taxes, etc., until he passes away.

Re: power of attorney

You have to go to court and be appointed his guardian and conservator. See an attorney.
